1. General

The Platform's operator respects the privacy of users and publishes this Privacy Policy in order to explain, in clear language, what information is collected in the course of using the Platform, for what purposes it is used, to whom it may be disclosed, and how to contact us regarding privacy rights.

This policy relates to use of the Platform itself and does not replace a privacy policy, privacy notice, or disclosure document that the Brand is required to provide to its customers, suppliers, employees, or any other party about whom information is collected in the course of its activity.

There is no legal obligation to provide personal information to the Platform. However, providing certain information is a condition for opening an account, managing permissions, using system functions, managing orders, using operational tools, receiving support, receiving operational notices, or producing data and reports from the System.

2. Information Collected in the Course of the Platform and the Purposes of Its Use

In the course of using the Platform, the following types of information may be collected and processed:

2.1. Brand, Business and Permission Holder Details

This information includes the name of the business or brand, contact person details, an authorized username, email address, phone number, addresses, permission details, role in the system, login details, one-time login links or similar login mechanisms, and data on actions performed in the account.

The purposes of using this information are opening an account, identifying authorized users, managing permissions, operating the Platform, providing service and support, information security, oversight, preventing misuse, documenting activity in the system, and managing the commercial relationship with the Brand.

2.2. Commercial and Operational Information of the Brand

This information includes orders, prices, costs, expenses, sale price, production price, information on raw materials, the product bill of materials, models, samples, delivery times, production status, measurement processes, requests, reservations, loans for public relations or advertising purposes, shipping data, commercial documents, agreements with suppliers, and additional business data that the Brand enters into the System.

The purposes of using this information are managing the Brand's activity, managing orders and production processes, calculating costs, tracking statuses, managing raw materials, managing commercial documentation, producing reports, displaying operational data, and improving the Brand's work processes within the Platform.

Some of the commercial information may be confidential or commercially sensitive, even if it does not necessarily constitute personal information. It is the Brand's responsibility to define appropriate permissions for its employees and users on its behalf.

2.3. Information About the Brand's End Customers

This information may include full name, address, email, phone number to the extent entered, body measurements or key measurements for fitting an item, the type of dress or item, price, order details, measurement coordination, operational notes, and visual images that the Brand uploads to the System, including photographs that may include faces.

The purposes of using this information are managing End Customers' orders, fitting a fashion item to the customer's measurements, coordinating measurements, planning production, pattern changes, tracking order status, handling requests, managing shipping, documenting activity, and producing operational insights for the Brand.

Since End Customers are not direct users of the Platform, the Brand is responsible for ensuring that the collection of information from them, its upload to the System, its use, and its transfer to the Platform are carried out with appropriate authorization, in accordance with law, and in accordance with the privacy notices and consents that the Brand is required to provide or obtain.

2.4. Information About the Brand's Suppliers and Production Parties

This information may include the supplier's name, email, phone number, address, order details, price, payment details, raw material details, agreements, delivery times, engagement documents, and additional operational data.

The purposes of using this information are managing suppliers, creating orders, tracking supply, managing raw materials, documenting agreements, accounting, operating the Platform, and sending operational notices related to orders or requests from the Brand.

2.5. User Content, Catalogs and Files Uploaded to the System

This information includes images, video, texts, model descriptions, catalogs, prices, publications, documents, designs, files, and any other content that the Brand or a user on its behalf uploads to the Platform.

The purposes of using this information are displaying models, managing catalogs, managing orders, operating the System, providing service, retaining documentation, displaying information to the Brand's users with appropriate permissions, and improving the user experience of the System.

Responsibility for content uploaded to the System, including its accuracy, quality, legality, the rights to use it, and the authorization to publish or process it, rests with the Brand or the user who uploaded it, subject to the provisions of the agreement between the parties.

2.6. Technical Information, Usage Data, Logs and Fault Monitoring

This information includes IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, login times, actions performed in the System, types of actions, usage data, usage metrics, an audit log, logs for monitoring issues, error data, performance data, session identifiers, and cookies or similar technologies.

The purposes of using this information are the proper operation of the Platform, information security, identifying faults, technical support, error monitoring, improving performance, analyzing usage, oversight, preventing unauthorized use, documenting activity, and improving the service.

2.7. Information Processed by Means of Artificial Intelligence Tools

To the extent that artificial intelligence components are activated on the Platform, they may be used to analyze content and operational data entered into the System, to create descriptive tags for models and dresses, to surface business and operational insights, or to assist in identifying situations requiring a fitting, a pattern change, or other operational handling.

The purposes of using this information are providing operational assistance to the Brand, improving work processes, creating tags, producing insights, and improving the Platform's capabilities, subject to the service settings and the agreement between the parties.

2.8. Inquiries, Support and Service

This information includes name, contact details, the content of the inquiry, correspondence, screenshots, files, call records, and any other information provided in the course of a support or service inquiry. In the course of support and service, the application's operator may connect to the client's account for the purpose of examining and handling the fault.

The purposes of using this information are handling inquiries, providing responses and support, investigating faults, improving the service, documenting the inquiry, managing the relationship with the user, and complying with obligations toward the Brand.

3. Information Displayed on the Platform and Access Permissions

3.1. Brand Users and Permission Holders

Access to information on the Platform is given to the Brand and to its employees or parties on its behalf who have been designated as permission holders. The types of permissions, their scope, and the identity of the users are determined by the Brand or in accordance with the agreement between the parties.

The Brand is responsible for defining permissions on a need-only basis, removing permissions that are not required, ensuring that access details are not transferred to third parties, and overseeing the activity of its users in the System.

3.2. End Customers

The Brand's End Customers are not direct users of the Platform and do not manage an account on the Platform. To the extent that information about End Customers appears in the System, it is entered and managed by the Brand or someone on its behalf, for the purpose of its business and operational activity.

3.3. Access on Behalf of the Platform's Operator

The Platform's operator, its employees, advisors, or providers on its behalf may have access to information to the extent required for operating the Platform, maintenance, information security, support, fault monitoring, handling inquiries, safeguarding rights, or complying with legal requirements.

The Platform's operator does not undertake to proactively monitor all information and content uploaded to the System, but may examine, block, remove, or restrict access to content or use that may breach the law, infringe the rights of a third party, invade privacy, endanger the security of the System, or breach the terms of the engagement.

3.4. Role of the Parties in Relation to Information

With respect to information that the Brand enters about its customers, suppliers, or parties on its behalf, the Brand is the party that decides which details are collected, for what purposes, and how they are used. The Platform processes the information for the purpose of providing the service to the Brand, in accordance with the agreement between the parties, the System's settings, and the applicable provisions of law.

With respect to information collected for the purpose of managing the user's account, securing the Platform, support, managing the engagement, billing, documenting activity, and improving the service, the Platform's operator may also process the information for its own legitimate operational and business purposes, subject to the provisions of law.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform may use cookies, session identifiers, and similar technologies for logging in, maintaining a session, information security, preventing unauthorized use, saving preferences, the proper operation of the System, monitoring faults, measuring usage, and improving the service.

The System may operate cookies or technological identifiers necessary for operating the service, as well as internal or external measurement tools for the purpose of understanding the scope of use, identifying faults, and improving the Platform. Cookies or tracking technologies are not used for direct mailing or targeted advertising, unless separate disclosure is provided and consent is obtained to the extent required by law.

Cookies can be blocked or deleted through browser settings. Such blocking or deletion may impair the ability to log in to the System, session retention, the security of the service, or the proper use of certain functions.

5. Links, External Services and Integrated Components

The Platform may include links, components, interfaces, or external services, including infrastructure services, hosting, email delivery, fault monitoring, analytics, artificial intelligence, development tools, backup, support, bookkeeping, or similar services.

Use of external services may also be subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of those providers. To the extent that information is transferred to or accessible by an external provider, this shall be done to the extent required for providing the service, operating the Platform, securing it, support, maintenance, complying with obligations, or complying with legal requirements.

6. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties and Transfer Outside Israel

Personal information will be disclosed and/or accessible to third parties only to the extent required for operating the Platform, providing the services, managing permissions, information security, fault monitoring, use of artificial intelligence components, sending operational notices, support, maintenance, backup, managing the engagement, investigating breaches, handling inquiries, or complying with legal requirements.

Information on the Platform will be stored and/or processed outside of Israel, including in the United States and in additional countries in which the Platform's infrastructure and service providers operate. Use of the Platform constitutes consent to this, in accordance with the agreement between the parties and the applicable provisions of law.

6.1. Hosting, Cloud and Infrastructure Providers

Personal information and operational information will be stored and/or processed with hosting, cloud, server, database, backup, information security, and technical infrastructure providers.

6.2. Fault Monitoring, Logging and Information Security Providers

Technical information, logs, error data, usage data, and performance data will be processed by monitoring, information security, and technical operations providers, for the purpose of identifying faults, improving performance, protecting the Platform, and documenting activity.

6.3. Artificial Intelligence Providers

To the extent that artificial intelligence components are activated, information entered into the System will be processed by artificial intelligence providers or relevant processing infrastructure for the purpose of operating the functions, creating tags, analyzing data, and generating operational insights, in accordance with the service settings and the agreement between the parties.

6.4. Email and Operational Notice Providers

Contact details and the content of operational notices will be processed by email or system message delivery providers, for example for the purpose of sending login links, order-related notices, supplier notices, system updates, security notices, or fault handling.

6.5. Analytics and Usage Measurement Providers

Usage data, metrics, technical data, and statistical data will be processed by analytics and usage measurement providers for the purpose of analyzing usage, improving the service, planning development, monitoring performance, and securing the Platform.

6.6. Development, Backup and Code Management Tool Providers

Code, technical documentation, files, backups, or required data will be accessible to development, maintenance, code management, backup, and technology tool providers used by the Platform's operator, to the extent required for development, maintenance, and proper operation.

6.7. Professional Advisors, Authorities and Competent Parties

The Platform's operator may disclose information to legal, accounting, technological, or other professional advisors, as well as to competent authorities, courts, or additional parties, to the extent that disclosure of the information is required by law, a court order, a competent demand, a need to protect rights, resolving a dispute, handling a complaint, or an information security incident.

Information is not transferred to third parties for independent commercial purposes unrelated to operating the Platform, providing the services, or the purposes set out in this policy.

7. Operational Notices and Mailings

The Platform may send the Brand, Authorized Users, or parties designated in the System service and operational notices (notifications), including login links, notices related to the account, permissions, orders, measurements, suppliers, changes to processes, maintenance, faults, information security, service updates, or the handling of inquiries.

The Platform does not send direct mailings or marketing messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or similar channels. To the extent that marketing mailings are activated in the future, this will be done subject to appropriate consent and the provisions of law, including the provisions of the Communications Law regarding marketing mailings.

Opting out of marketing messages, to the extent activated in the future, will not prevent the sending of service or operational notices required for providing the service, securing it, managing the account, or performing the engagement.

8. Data Retention, Export and Deletion

8.1. Data Retention During Use of the Platform

Information will be retained for as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected, including operating the Platform, managing the account, managing orders, managing production, coordinating measurements, managing suppliers, displaying reports, information security, documenting activity, support, resolving disputes, complying with obligations, and complying with legal requirements.

8.2. Data Export

The Brand will be given the option to export raw information from the Platform, in accordance with the characteristics of the service and the agreement between the parties. Information available for export may include, among other things, raw materials, designs, dresses, orders, models, samples, lists of reservations, requests, loans, contacts, and additional operational data.

8.3. Termination of Engagement and Deletion

To the extent that a Brand ends its use of the Platform, the information will be retained for up to three months to allow for export, handling the termination of the engagement, investigating faults, or complying with obligations, and will thereafter be deleted, unless there is an obligation or justification for further retention under law or under the agreement.

After deletion, certain information may be retained for limited periods within backups, logs, security records, invoices, transaction records, protection of rights, resolving disputes, or complying with legal requirements, in accordance with the service's technical policy.

8.4. Closure of the Platform

To the extent that a decision is made to close the Platform, Brands will be given advance notice as required under the agreement between the parties. In the event of the Platform's closure, the Brand will be given the option to export its information for a period of up to six months, after which no active copy of the information will be retained, except for information required to be retained under law, for temporary backup purposes, documentation, or protection of rights.

9. Information Security

The Platform's operator acts to implement reasonable measures for information security, managing permissions, protecting the infrastructure, monitoring access, documenting actions, identifying faults, and preventing misuse of the Platform.

The Brand is responsible for the security of use of the System by its users, including defining appropriate permissions, safeguarding login details, removing users who are no longer required, restricting access on a need basis, training employees, and refraining from entering information that is not required.

Absolute immunity from intrusion, malfunction, unauthorized use, loss of information, or a security incident cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a suspected security incident, malfunction, or unauthorized use, the Platform's operator should be contacted promptly using the contact details specified at the top of this document.

Users are requested not to enter into the System information that is not required for use of the Platform, and in particular not to enter information that the Brand is not authorized to process, information that is not relevant to the order or the business activity, or information whose transfer is prohibited by law or by a contractual undertaking.

10. Rights of Users and Data Subjects Under the Privacy Protection Law

Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to review, personally or through a representative lawfully authorized to do so, information about them held in a database.

A person who has reviewed information about them and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date, may submit a request to correct or delete the information, in accordance with the provisions of law.

Requests to exercise rights should be directed to the contact methods specified at the top of this document. In order to handle the request, the person making it may be asked to provide details that will enable their identification and the location of the relevant information.

Where the information was entered into the Platform by a Brand, store, or authorized user on their behalf, handling the request may require inquiry with that Brand or referring the person making the request to the Brand, depending on the circumstances, the agreement between the parties, and the Brand's status with respect to the information.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Platform's operator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, among other things due to changes to the Platform, the services, the providers, the information processing procedures, the users' permissions, the artificial intelligence components, the information security measures, or the requirements of law.

To the extent that material changes are made to the policy, notice will be given to Brands or users in a reasonable manner, to the extent required by law or under the agreement between the parties.

Continued use of the Platform after an update to the policy will constitute agreement to the updated policy, subject to the provisions of law and the agreement between the parties.
