How to track incoming deliveries at a fashion studio

Deliveries don't follow a schedule. A stylist sends something back. A courier drops a box at the dock with no warning. A fabric order from a supplier shows up late and nobody notices. Each of these used to live in its own place, checked on its own, easy to miss.

We put them in one list. Whatever's coming in, from wherever, shows up in the same place, on a phone, right where someone is standing when the box actually arrives. Late orders get flagged on their own, no one has to remember to check.

Small change on paper. In practice, nothing sits by the door for two days because it didn't fit anywhere on the list.
